ErnestSLOAN(Gosforth) Peacefully on November 3rd aged 86 years. Ernest beloved and adored husband of Katherine, devoted dad of Norman and Helen, dearly loved father in law of Farshad and John, treasured grandad of Dario and Shadyn, loving brother in law of Joyce, Norma and Eileen and Ray and will be sadly missed by all family and dear friends. Requiem Mass will be held at the Cathedral Church of St Mary, Clayton Street West on Monday 18th November at 10.00am. Followed by interment at West Road Cemetery at 12 noon. Family and friends please meet at church for mass. Rest in peace. Red flowers welcome. Family and friends are kindly invited back to San Lorenzo's, Gosforth High Street for refreshments. Huge thanks to Professor Jackson and team at Freeman Hospital and to the amazing staff on Ward 35 and all at NCC.
